BIOGRAPHY
Frank received his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law in 2006, graduating in the Top 20% of his class. Frank participated in the school’s Art, Sports and Entertainment Law Clinic and held a position as a Research Assistant for a nationally published legal author and law professor atPennState. In addition, Frank worked for Foot Locker, Inc. in the Leasing Accounting Department and clerked for the Law Offices of John L. Di Masi, P.A. during his summer recesses while a student in law school.
Prior to attending law school, Frank earned his B.A. in Political Science with honors from the Universityof Florida. He is now a permanent resident of Florida and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar.
Frank’s practice areas primarily include homeowner’s association representation; real estate transactions; title insurance defense; business law; commercial litigation; and real estate litigation.
