As a member of the firm, Attorney Tiffany Moore Russell is a certified circuit civil mediator in the State of Florida

Geographic Scope: All Circuits in the State of Florida.  Our firm offers excellent space to conduct an appropriate mediation.  We proudly have three conference rooms and sufficient space for attorney-client communication.  However, Attorney Russell is also available to conduct a mediation at a location convenient for both parties.

Mediation Policy and Fees: The expense of mediation is the responsibility of both parties.  The cost of mediation is $250.00 per hour.  It is our policy that a four (4) hour deposit retainer is required for a full-day mediation.  A two (2) hour deposit retainer is required for a half-day mediation.  All retainers must be submitted one week prior to the scheduled mediation.  Mileage will be charged as a cost for any mediation requested in a location more than sixty miles from Orlando.

Experience: Attorney Russell has nine years of civil trial litigation experience.  Additionally, Attorney Russell has experience handling matters before state agencies ranging from utility and real property matters.  Lastly, as a County Commissioner, Attorney Russell is knowledgeable concerning Land Use/Zoning issues and other local and state governmental matters.
