John L. Di Masi received his J.D., with Honors, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991 where he was President of the Honor Council, a Member of the Moot Court Board, a Member of the Sports and Entertainent Law Review, and a Member of the Bar & Gavel.  Mr. Di Masi received his B.A. in Political Science, with a Minor in Business Administration, from Boston College in 1984.

Mr. Di Masi is a Member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association and is legal counsel to the City of Orlando, Code Enforcement Board.

Mr. Di Masi's practice areas include real estate transactions and financing; business law; corporate law; commercial litigation; real estate litigation; general business litigation; construction lien law; title insurance defense and homeowners' association representation.

Prior to forming the Law Offices of John L. Di Masi, P.A., Mr. Di Masi was a founding equity partner of Miller, South & Di Masi, P.A. and was formerly associated with Baker & Hostetler, L.P., and Graham, Clark, Jones, Pratt & Marks, P.A.
