Lisa received her B. A. from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, with a major in American Studies.  After a varied career in retail, library work and teaching Bible classes, Lisa worked in association management.  Lisa was responsible for accounts receivable, including all collections and estoppels. 

Currently, Lisa is a paralegal, responsible for both delinquent assessment accounts and covenant enforcement matters.  She is the primary contact for homeowners.
